Honestly the cigarette n addiction is not at all a love confession but it's a indirect rejection.just because sana didn't directly propose him that's why he can't directly tell her I don't love u.he is actually telling her u r a bad habit of mine which I can't avoid in this house even if i try but I will definitely not continue this things outside the house. They way he is trying distance himself whenever sana hug or try to go near him now a days it's cleary indicate he is not liking it trying to avoid it in politely way or sometime in taunting way.

His tone has never been rude when he has discussed with Salman

He has been reprimanded ,nominated continuously ,yesterday was not allowed to play for immunity ,has had very awkward situations to handle on national tv but he stood tall and faced it.
