Have access to doctors who can EASILY remove loose skin (tummy tuck is VERY common). And dermatologists who can literally change the color of their skin (Kajol, Khushi Kapoor, Deepika). Not to mention, trainers, dieticians, and chefs who make sure that they eat and workout. Not to mention stylists, makeup artists, and photographers who can EASILY make them look perfect.

So to answer your question, their entire profession is about "looks" so they spend most of their day focusing on that only.

She’s was very young and her skin had a lot of it’s natural elasticity to bounce back.  She was overweight and maybe even obese but I don’t think she was ever so big where it stretched her skin out of form.
