I wish we had the foresight to understand this at the time. But honestly, the writers never did justice to IshRa's story. There was always a third wheel hanging on their heads.

Btw, I remember getting so put off by Raman trying to rescue Shagun that I even considered stop watching (9th July 2015). Though, I wasn't able to. However, on the second year anniversary where Mohabbatein had become a completely different version of itself, I stopped finally. It only dwindled from that point on. Only DivAn were the saving grace but even then the show was plagued by body doubles.

Cannot get over the embarrassment I felt watching the penultimate episode where the dupes were clearly visible.

DivAn's potential was wasted by inept creatives.
