Googled it and got to know this:

Hairline fractures are often caused by overuse or repetitive actions when microscopic damage is done to the bone over time.

Her finger must have been injured before too as one pull can't cause a fracture all of a sudden. May be I'm wrong but the pull was not that dangerous or harmful.

I think she was hurt when she was banging on those cardboards continuously

Aartis only problem is her Shukla jaap. Otherwise she isnt a bad person. If she just focuses on her own game then she has a chance to go ahead in the game..still concerned about her health though. If she is ill then she needs to go home.
