Kairav is overdoing it, and it’s irritating 😠 - Page 2

Apparently, following the birthday, Kairav would run away from the house and get into an accident.

This is the most bizarre situation tbh. Would reserve my judgment about the accident scenario till the segments or episodes air but I am wondering how would the accident help Kairav clear his misunderstandings? If anything, Kartik might hold himself responsible and I don’t want to see that.

Kairav doesn’t need to be canoodled by Naira this time around. He acted like a brat, destroyed the cake, shoved Kartik to the side, went on to say he hates him, etc. This behaviour isn’t normal. The child needs to be disciplined and should apologise to his father rather than it being the other way around.

Kartik has been the absolutely best father to Kairav. Even if Kairav saw Kaira fight or got scolded once, how can he not see Kartik’s love towards him? Kids don’t hold grudges. The father is going above and beyond to make the day special for his child but the child can’t see that? He’s planning and plotting and wishing he didn’t have to celebrate his birthday with his father. That’s too much.

I wish Kartik didn’t share a birthday with Kairav. At least then he would have had one special day dedicated to himself. Now it’s all about kairav and his intolerable attitude.

You don’t need to be a parent to understand when a child is being out of line. Kairav needs to be taught manners. I felt like slapping him today when he was in the car with Naksh. It’s either his way or nothing. That kind of entitled attitude is not good for a child.

I agree Kairav loves his mother lot and he now comes to know his mother is sad and hut because of his father which is partly true. Kids at this age just gets angry and shout a little demanding why you are hurting mom or they start fearing their father. But, no kids don't hate their fathers because i feel they don't have that in their nature. Kids can be angry or fear or shy or jealous or dislike someone (that too mostly if elders instigate them) but hate is too big a word and scheming on their own is something they do not have in their little heart at this age.

With the way TVs are showing this kid it feels like he is someone in the age of above fourteen in the body of five.

I really can't connect with Kairav here from the beginning.

I have loved and enjoyed lot of kids in some shows like in Kasam Rishi and Tanvi/Rani's daughter, Kiara in Kumkum Bhagya, Now Param in Choti Sardarni. But Kairav is big disappointment.

Truly and they are making him the worst child on ITV till date. They showed him so sensible in the beginning but now ruined it all, same they did with Kartik and Naira's character arc also . And if Goenkas blame Naira for all this then there will be nothing wrong, as she is the mother and its all her upbringing, no one else has a hand in it. 4 year olds are very sensible and knows very well how to behave in public, my 2.5 year old never ever throws tantrums in front of public , pokes me and hugs me quietly to ask for anything , i find it amazing how sensible kids are.

What Kairav did with the cake and how he pushed Kartik is literally boiling my blood. Naira hating Akshara and Kartik hating Manish was also not digestible but somehow we did as the track has so many other positive things. But here he is mere 4-5 year old , give Kaira a break 🙏, Vedika is also coming back , so more negativity and rona dhona again. I thought i will start watching the show after courtroom fiasco but now i will only watch once this whole Vedika, Kairav OTT drama is over and everything seems somewhat normal. I really wish the trp fall big time . I hope people dont become emotional for Kartik and fall into this trap of Cvs .

I cant even imagine how worst they have written the character of Kaira’s child, a 4 year old spoiled brat who ruined his and his father’s special first birthday together that too infront of everyone, gosh!!!!! Vo bhi baseless reasons ke vajah se, sadist illogical makers :(

I have friends watching this show and they have kids of age 6 7 and even more. No one is happy with what they are showing .first scheming to hurt himself and now this papa ke sath birthday nahi celebrate karna. It doesn’t matter with which parent the kid has grown, the basic nature of every kid is forgive and forget, thats why we say kids are most innocent of all. Gussa karte hai or bhool jate hai. This continuous anger and rage is forced and feels so abnormal. No one can justify this behavior and being a mother i can never defend this insensitive track.

If he loves his mother so much he should have questioned his father with lil anger and innocence, like other kids do, but he is behaving more adult than any adult in the show , scheming, planning to hurt himself , tearing pictures and throwing them in the dustbin so that no one knows , like seriously 😐. All this just to ruin the birthday, makers , c’mon 🤷🏻‍♀️

Children raised in a single parent home are different than those that grew up from birth in a secure home with two parents. How he is behaving is how kids of single parents react. I too am a parent and have seen divorce cases. The way they are showing Karthik and Naira so intimate with each other and spending all their time together is not the norm. They are acting as if they are still married but living separately. Honestly the way the Singhania's are welcoming Karthik in their home is unrealistic. As far as the Goenka's in real life that would not want to have anything to do with Naira let alone meet or speak with her. The parents that might have a problem with Kairav are probably married couples not single parents. Married couples have no clue what the experience of single parenting is like.

Most single father's that remarry don't take on the responsibility of their children of a previous marriage. They are called "deadbeat" dad's. Naira needs to focus on Kairav's needs first vs Karthik's needs.

If Kairav doesn't want to celebrate his birthday with his dad Karthik maybe oblivious but Naira needs to figure out what is going on with Kairav and talk to him.

Sorry to intrude. I do agree with you that kids raised in a single parent house are different from the ones raised in a normal family.
Kairav has seen his mother cry day and night for his father. According to him, his father deserted them for his “secret mission”. Ever since Kartik met Naira, Kairav has seen them fight. They don’t even live in the same house, so it’s obvious that his parents are not like the usual families.

Having said that, the problem lies in the transition of the track and it’s execution, not the storyline per say. Kairav went from wanting to spend every minute with his father to hating him in the very next. His anger and his emotions are as of now only based on a single scenario. Had they shown him observing Kaira during their stay in GV, had their been a proper built-up to his feelings, the track would have made better sense. Instead of directly hating Kartik, they could have shown him fearing him because of the scolding he got, avoiding him, being confused in his feelings for him because except for that one scolding, Kartik hasn’t done anything to upset Kairav.

Kids usually do take their mothers side in arguments. In this case, Kairav has only known Naira all his life, so obviously what he shares with Kartik doesn’t even come close to his relationship with Naira. However, again, I blame the cvs for not touching this aspect of Kartik-Kairav’s relationship from the beginning. Instead of showing Kairav being attached to Kartik after one phone call, they could have led with him being happy yet a bit apprehensive because he was a stranger to him even if he’s the father.

The reaction is too extreme too soon. That’s what I have a problem with the most. I always knew this track was coming because I have a feeling this might lead to Naira realising how she has wronged Kartik by separating Kairav from him. He lost those early years of bonding with his kid, and that time can never be returned.

I respect your point of view. This is a discussion after all and we are just sharing how we interpret what is being shown.

It is my thought that initially the attraction of having a dad was appealing to him since he never had that. (grass greener on the other side) He was all fine at the Goenka home because it was all fun and he was being spoiled with all the love and attention. Once he went to the Singhania home and the divorce/custody took place he started seeing things differently and his attitude towards Karthik changed and he became more protective of his mother. (seeing her upset during the custody battle)

Karthik is a new father and for him parenting is fun and games. Buying toys, spoiling his child, and he hasn't truly had the chance to get to know his son and develop the bond that Naira and Kairav have. When a child lives with one parent only they go through a lot of struggles and as a result both Naira and Kairav held on to each other during those times and that type of bond he is not sharing with his father. Karthik doesn't have those parent instincts with Kairav but he himself becomes a child when he is with him.

I think Naira needs to have a talk with Kairav and explain their scenario so that he understands what has happened. Does he know Vedika is Karthik's wife? I don't think that has been explained to him. Does he know his parents are divorced? I don't know? Naira needs to have that relation with him that he can talk to her about anything. I see Naira's attention focusing too much on Karthik and pleasing him when she should be focused on helping Kairav transition to this new situation. Quite frankly the situation would be confusing to any kid. The parents are divorced but so intimate with each other. Both families are so lovey dovey with one another. Kairav is too young to understand this complicated scenario. Naira should explain that they are divorced and that Karthik is married and has his own life with Vedika. Then Kairav will understand and perhaps if a nice new guy is introduced to Naira that is respectful Kairav will be more appreciative of that.

Honestly the whole track of Karthik and Naira is ridiculous.

the issue here Is simple:

No mother will condone "emotional blackmailing" by their 5 year old...

Im going to run away or hurt myself if I don't get what I want. Any mama also has the right to spoil n scold. so the adults letting him get away with this is Not good parenting....

I didn't see the part of him running away. I don't watch spoilers as it messes up seeing what happens in the actual episode. If I watch the spoilers then there is no point in watching the show.

Kairav is Naria's son and he is as irritating as her! He is just like Naira-- stubborn and annoying! He has no manners and I want to slap him!

Kairav actor ki wajah se abhi iss show ko nai dekh rai hu . Jab iska track khatam hoga tab show fir se dekhna hai .
