haven't seen that BTS but it happens in so many shows..the actual episode is different from the one we see in segments..they shoot so much and later edit so many things...they cut the whole chopper scene in ishqbaaz and a nose kiss scene from the whole date in immj etc etc...so I don't think cvs deliberately made these changes later.
