If she chooses to use Instagram as a medium to the let the world know how in love she is with Ranbir then the world will also use said Instagram to share their opinions. There is also the Katrina/BFF angle. And people comment on RK's history as well. I see a lot of comments along the lines of "he'll leave you too.

This may not be everyone's cup of tea and that's fair. But celebs who choose to share their personal lives on social media have to have the expectation that everything won't be rosey all the time.
