So Kunal actually came to Mauli as he was helpless
so it also means that he had a fight or agreement with Nandini
then the text messages was not from Kunal
could that be another couple altogether like Maan and Geet sending text messages
Mauli telling Kunal to go to the hospital and check Nandini
and it seems like she has amnesia as she remembers been married having a husband
but she does not know her name neither does she know Kunal
now in London that surely is Maan and Geet
it also seems like she has met with an accident as she is in hospital and it does seem like
she too has amnesia
