Analysis: she specifically said your family and palak isn't the person who will blame his family for his deeds. She alwyas said his family is sweet and nice. So I believe Reeva might have said something hurtful to her and after that rotwik also came and started taunting her. She couldn't take it anymore and said those things to him.

Prediction: I also think palak will tell him that that kiss mattered to her but now she hates him. And this will make ritwik take step towards palak and away from family.
