Tied
Siddhant was lying on his stomach head facing his left, fast asleep. A red tee shirt and black tracks on, he pushed his feet and got his left leg out of the quilt that otherwise covered his lower half.
A slow smile crept on his face when he felt a hand carress his hair and forehead. Soon his wounds felt funny like something was crawling on them. A spider? Confusion replaced his smile and he got up with a jerk. He was about to yell when Anushka placed her hand on his mouth.
He looked her in the eye and was shocked at her presence but a hint of smile crept into his eyes when he thought back and realised what Anushka had been doing.😆
"kya karr rahe ho sab jaag jaayenge!" she said matter of factly.
He raised his hand and held hers to move it away from his mouth.
"sab jaag jayenge? tum yaha kya kar rahi ho humaare kamre mein raat ke teen baje?" he asked smirking and a little afraid of her now "aur tum yaha aayi kaise?"😆
"uff mr. sinha..tumhaara lawyer wala dimaag daudaao naa. mai apni gaadi drive karke khud aayi uss balcony se apne miyaan ko milne. samjhe?" she said pretending irritated. 😆
"huh?" Siddhant stared blank at this woman. He was still holding her hand unaware.
"bohot ho gaye tumhaare sawaal. ab kaam ki baat karte hain" she said winking and freeing her hand to get up from his bed.
"kya kaam?" he said smirking and getting up holding her hand again and pulling her in a tight grip from the waist.
"kya karr rahe ho siddhant?" she asked huskily almost provoking him to carry on.
"humne socha tumhein kuch kaam tha?" he replied winking back.
She looked into his eyes. It had been so long since she had seen him so playful. She loved him with all his swag afterall.
Anushka raised her hand to his back and tickled him to loosen his grip and get away from him.
Her tickling caught him off-guard and he ran behind her to catch her while she pulled a tie out from her dress pocket and flung it around his neck when he neared.
He stopped to register when she yelled "hands up!"
He raised his hands in surrender, smiling while she put the tie on him. He must be looking like an idiot to have this tie on when he was in his night pyjamas he thought but, he didn't care.😆
"ho gaya mera kaam. chalo ab so jaate hain" She said as if it was any normal day.😎
she held his tie and pulled him towards the bed. Siddhant was only too baffled to say anything.
To his surprise she layed down beside him instead of going back home.
"Anushka chalo tumhein ghar chod aate hain" Siddhant uttered a little afraid of his choice now. 😆
"yeh ghar hi toh hai Siddhant." She said like he had no idea what he was talking about. "Tumhein sona hai yaa hum miyaan biwi waali baatein kar sakte hain?" she spoke dazed.
Next morning he would be ready for more surprises. Clearly in eight years Anushka had learnt 'how not to be boring' but she had beat him at his game.
He smiled and put her hands on his back. Everyday with her would be blissful now. He felt light in the head and drifted off to sleep.
