Were the goons that harassed Meera today random goons that tried to attack her because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time OR are they hired goons that work for the kidnapper and were spying on meervaan?

I liked the Dhingra parts today. The tension was good, though we might have guessed what was going to happen from the OLVs. 😆
