Are Suniel Shetty and Priyadarshan making a sequel to Bhagam Bhag?.

In 2006, Priyadarshan gave fans a mad
comic caper to remember with Bhagam
Bhag. Now, twelve years later, the film is all
set to have a sequel. Mumbai Mirror reports
that Suniel Shetty, who produced the
original, has had a few meetings with the
filmmaker in the last six months, and
everything is on track for part two.
While Suniel had restricted his involvement
in Bhagam Bhag to behind-the-scenes, he is
set to act in the sequel, according to a
source close to the development.
Bhagam Bhag revolved around a theatre
company headed by Champak Chaturvedi
aka Sethji (Paresh Rawal). The troupe is
offered a show in London, but to their
dismay, their heroine (Tanushree Dutta)
runs away.
Akshay Kumar and Govinda play two actors
in the troupe, who are constantly at
loggerheads and trying to land the lead role.
Sethji has a solution - whoever of the two
finds a new heroine will be made the hero.
Priyadarshan will return in the director's
chair, although it is not known when Akshay
Kumar, Govinda and Paresh Rawal will
feature in the sequel. The film is set to go on
floors later this year.

I wish it happens.I will love to see AkkI, Paresh and Priyadarshan return to comedy genre. Govinda also is my favorite. Bhagam Bhag was one of the best comedy movies of previous decade. Nowadays there are hardly any good comedy movies which are clean.
