Definately it will not be related a disease , she is not feeling well that she cant share with adi , thats why opt 4 ema woh.

I guess she was pregnant by yash child coz if it was Adi's , atleast he should be knowing it what is 2 hide in it

My god both adiya will die hundred times

There are only two possibilities:

1. Pooja was pregant with Yash's child and that's why Adi doesn't know anything about it.

2. Pooja was suffering though some serious illness, again which she did not bother telling Adi.

Perhaps it was Yash's baby. That's why she was confused about abortion. I don't want the terminal disease thing because I hate that track. I think they were maybe going to the hospital to abort the baby when the accident took place. If she had any disease, the nurses wouldn't have been smiling so much.

It also makes me think that perhaps they didn't have an affair. Maybe it was just a one night stand thing. Also perhaps Yash was blackmailing Pooja for money. Damn, I can't stop imagining.

This is so confusing

I am thinking either a pregnancy and she was not sure what to do with the baby, which can only mean that it was Yash child. Otherwise she would have told Aditya abt it

Maybe she was suffering from a disease , which she could not share with Aditya thinking he would not be able to bear such a news and she confided in Yash abt it

From what the nurse said to Arjun, she came to the hospital frequentl, but nurse did not mention she came with a man, which means she came alone ????

Maybe Pooja and Yash did not really have an affair, maybe it was just a one night stand situation in the spur of the moment and she became pregnant with his child. So maybe Yash did not even know also that Pooja might have been possibly pregnant

Pregnancy hi last nail hogi zoya ke yash pe blind faith ke end ki.. koi aurat kitni bhi modern, naive, kyu na ho this will 2 much be 2 much 4 her ki another woman is bearing her husband's child.

it's not being lean but the way things are shown with regard to pooja and adi...its was adi clinging to pooja all the time.. Pooja looked uncomfortable when he hugged her or try to be close to her.. .

I doubt they shared a sexual relationship only 🥱
