The Episode starts with naina asking sameer to calm down his mind and stay with family nicely. Sameer promises her. She asks him to go home. Sameer says ok and ends the call. Rasta song plays.
A few a ladies enter the Somani house. One lady says that Dadi Somani has a bid connection in Delhi, so she might have some knowledge about the occurrences in Delhi. Dadi says that she has big connections and they are getting information slowly. Suddenly Mr. Somani and Vishakha are seen coming out. Vishakha asks Mr. Somani to hurry up. Dadi sees them going out and ask where they are going. Vishakha says that they are going out to search for Sameer, Dadi asks them to wait till the guests leave. Vishakha says that she doesn't care about anyone but only Sameer. Dadi says that since Sameer has left a note before leaving, hence it means that he has left the house, and if the guests get to know about this they would make fun. She says that once the guests leave, she would herself accompany Vishakha and Somani to look for Sameer. Mr. Somani and Vishakha comply
Meanwhile Sameer is shown walking all alone on the road, a few bike riders cross him. One of them shows a thumb down to him. Other says that seems like this kid has lost the way to his home. Suddenly Sameer climbs on two of the bikes (in Ajay Devgan style). The guy on the third bike gets impressed. He says that they will have to include this guy into their group afterall he is awesome. After riding for some time the bikers stop and Sameer gets down. They all praise Sameer and ask him to teach them that stunt. One boy says that he could charge them if he wants. Other boy says that he would obviously not charge his friends. They ask if he is ready to become their friend, and then themselves reply that he doesn't have any other option. They say that once he becomes their friend, they would drop him wherever he wants. One guy asks him where is he going, Sameer says "Home, the boys ask him sit on their bike and they would drop him, Sameer doesn't reply, the guy says that he wouldn't get any auto or taxi here and he should come with them, Sameer sits on one of their bikes, they get excited and leave
Male VO says that, that day those boys were impressed seeing him perform this stunt since they hadn't seen anything like this earlier, little did they know that within a few months Ajay Devgan would perform the same stunt in Phool or Kaante and hence forth the stunt would become the most famous stunt with everyone trying that. He feels he should ask for some royalty from Ajay Devgan since he was the one to perform that stunt first (Oops I thought that he was copying AD but yahaan to kissa hi doosra nikala)
In Somani house the guests say that they would be leaving, Dadi asks them to wait for some more time, but they say they would leave. Vishakha tells Somani that they must leave as well. Before Somani could answer anything, Deepika gets in excitedly claiming that Sameer Bhaiyya returned. Vishakha sighs of relief. Sameer enters the room. Vishakha runs towards him and embrace him while affectionately scolding him for leaving the house without telling anyone (I guess today Vishakha would get some love in the forum, I so wanted such interaction between them). Sameer stays quiet. All the ladies see the proceedings with confused expression. Deepika asks that where had he gone, did he leave the house? Dadi says the guest ladies that they would meet with each other the next day. They say yes and leave. Dadi then asks Rohan to take Deepika inside and asks Sameer where he had gone. Sameer says Ahmedabad. All the three Somanis get shocked, he says that he was angry and so left, and promises not to repeat such instances. Mr. Somani gets angry and says that Nanu has literally spoiled him. Dadi asks how he returned so soon from Ahmedabad, Sameer says that he went via a flight and says that he got the tickets from the money which Rohan gave for school fees. Dadi says that this is called blowing away the hard earned money in air. Vishakha asks them to calm down as it was enough for them that Sameer returned. She then asks him as to why didn't he call them they could have come to the airport to pick him. Sameer says he had called and someone had received the call as well. He told that he was stuck in (some xyz) area, but then the phone got disconnected, and despite his trying multiple times again no one received the call. Vishakha sees towards dadi in confusion, while dadi get slightly uncomfortable. She says that if he wishes to go to Ahmedabad again he must tell her, as she would get his tickets done and asks him not to run away. Mr. Somani says that he would definitely run away again the same way as he had earlier ran away from the hostel. Sameer feels angry but recalls Naina taking a promise for not getting angry and make the family his own. She calms himself and asks to get him admitted in the school as if he is in school, he would be calm. Mr. Somani says that he has already got the admission done only payment of fees and some formalities are left, the same money which he had wasted on the flight tickets. He then says never mind he would pay the fees again but Sameer must remember that this isn't a school where his Nanaji is a trustee, this is one of the biggest schools of Delhi where Somani had got him admitted by high level connections, so Sameer must take this as his last chance or else there would be no place for him in their house. He leaves while Dadi smirks. Vishakha asks Sameer to go inside and change
In Ahmedabad, the entire Agrawal family is seated in the drawing room, while Pralay asks why there isn't any program on TV. Rakesh yells at him that the kid can't even stay one day without TV. After allit is a National Woe because of the death of Rajiv Gandhi. Chacha says that he is extremely happy at the good result of Naina. Taiji says that she is shocked at her topping the exam that year. Rakesh says that they always mistreat him, they don't give Arjun the respect when he wins a match and now when his daughter topped, they are still not happy at it. Taiji says that this is for the family honor and asks Preeti if they have got any forged report card. Arjun says that it is not possible. Taiji asks him to stay focused in his study and says that she would see how much he practices cricket now that he is in college, Chachaji asks Arjun about his choice of subjects in college. Arjun says he would take Commerce. Rakesh says it doesn't matter what subject he takes afterall he is to become a cricketer. Bela gets happy and say that Arjun would be a topper in cricket and Naina in studies.
Just then Naina enters and says that she didn't top this year. Bela asks if she got something even higher than a topper! Naina says that she got very less marks. Chachaji says that he understands that she couldn't study as there was a marriage in their house (marriage was in January and the test in May, most probably Final exams of 11 would have happened in meantime and still marriage affected studies! Lamest of excuse possible) but then 82% isn't a bad score either, Naina says that she didn't get 82 but only 32 and that she failed. Everyone is shocked to hear this. Chachaji says he doesn't believe this, Taiji says that he must prepare pickle of his belief (This proverb sounded funnier in English). They ask him about the marks 82 mentioned, she looks at Preeti who signals her not to take her name, Naina says that she made 8 out of a 3. Everyone gets angry. Taiji says that this girl would bring dishonor to the family. Rakesh scolds her while Arjun chides her for concentrating on useless things rather than studies. Taiji says that Rakesh should see her activities of his daughter with open eyes just like he sees dreams for his son with closed eyes. Rakesh is infuriated and says that everyone would make fun of him in school and even outside. He is about to hit Naina when Chachaji comes and saves her. He says that Naina failing was their fault and not hers. Taiji says that they didn't write paper for Naina. Chachaji says that definitely not but their bet had put immense pressure on the kid which is not good for her. He says that he has full faith on her that she would again give honor to their family name. Naina says that she would never let his trust break. Chachaji hugs him.
Naina VO says that it was for her Chachaji's belief that she is a big writer today. That day he gave her a Tinke ka sahaara. She was feeling very relieved after speaking out the truth that day
