It seems Karan Singh Grover's lady luck is
not really shinning. Reason? The good
looking dude's back to back flick seems to
have got stuck due to one reason or the
other. Teen Dev, which also starred fellow
TV actor Ravi Dubey, has been in the
works for a long time.
Now, comes big another piece of bad
news for KSG that his next flick
titled Firrkie co starring Sandeepa Dhar,
Niel Nitin Mukesh and Kay Kay Menon is
also held up.
According to sources, "Major financial
issues cropped up during the film's
London shoot in Aug September last
year. As a result the film has not yet been
completed. Payments to vendors for
shooting are not forthcoming. Apparently
some crew members have also not been
paid and have even complained to their
respective associations.
However, when we spoke to producer
Vipul Tiwari, he said, "All India based
vendors have been paid. I am not sure
whether the UK Line producer has made
all the payments on his end. We had an
airport to airport deal with him and have
cleared his dues. I will look into the issue
and try to find out who is not paid. We
have paid who we all need to.
He also denied that the film has been
delayed. "We are waiting for the edited
part and once that comes, we plan our
next schedule which also will be
international. These things take time and
we need to get dates of all concerned
actors. We hope to release the film around
May.
However, sources maintain that the issues
have not been resolved.
Coming to KSG, there have been no film
announcements for a while. Even his
upcoming Alt Balaji web series in a kind of
spot of bother with media reports
suggesting that lead girl has Palak Jain
opted out.
However, all is not lost for KSG for
according to sources Teen Dev might soon
see the light of the day. But not final call
has yet not been taken.

and Hate Story 3 which was a big hit.
