Mili paced the length of her room, a little bugged. No one had spoken to her yet, and it was less than thirty minutes for her birthday. A fresh year, a fresher start.

Her Vada Di's voice resonated in her head, and sighing dramatically, she stepped onto the balcony, instantly thinking how much her Bhaji and Sau would love the balcony. The fresh air and the gentle breeze would be their happiest moments. She looked at the moon, which was looking at her intensely, as if asking her what she was doing. Feeling herself shiver, she walked back into the room. Picking up a shawl, she again walked on to the balcony, this time making full eye to eye contact with the moon.
A giggle almost escaped her when she checked the time on her phone. 11:56 pm, it said. Four minutes was all that was left for her eighteenth birthday! Hoping to get calls and messages, from her Sau, Bhaji, Vada Di, Redo, Rammy and many others, she gripped it tightly, bouncing on her feet.
The clock chimed, and Mili's eyes went to the moon, as a brilliant white light enveloped her, and she seemingly vanished.
Mili slowly opened her eyes, blinking at the wide, sunlit sky above her, random leaves appearing and disappearing from her vision.
"Sau? Sau?
Mili sharply turned, almost crying out in relief when she saw her Sau Charvi kneeling near her, her eyes concerned.
"Sau, what are you doing here?, asked Mili, internally wincing at how hoarse her voice sounded.
"I got enveloped in a brilliant white light, like the rest
"Rest? Who rest?
"Our Dis and Rammy of course, said Char, matter of fact.
"Where are they?, screeched Mili, earning herself a glare from Charvi.
"Hush birthday girl. We were all planning something, but looks like Govind Bhai has planned something else for us, said Charvi, frowning slightly.
"Gov always has something planned. Anyway... hold on!
"Why are you wearing that?, asked Mili, gesturing to Char's clothes.
"Sau, you are wearing the same thing. It indicates we are not in our time
"We definitely are not
"Vada Diii!
"Hi kiddo! Happy birthday!, said Shreya, ruffling Mili's hair, much to her protests.
"Where are we then?
"Where your Bhaji would love to be
"Redooo!, screeched Mili, literally hurtling into Riya's arms.
"Happy birthday little sister, said Riya, laughing.
"We are in Dwapar Yuga, said Srutha, walking towards Mili happily, followed by Ramya who was slightly awed, but very confused as to how they had gotten there.
"Lil' Tha, only you can happily jump around in this situation, said Riya, shaking her head.
"We are in Dwapar! Dau will be here!
With an innocent smile at Mili and Charvi, as well as a discreet smirk at Riya, Shreya and Ramya, Srutha walked off, causing all five to shake their heads and follow her.
"Wait Bhaji! You spoke of your Dau. What happened to your Shyam?
"Who is Bhaji, and I am your Bhaji's Shyam?
A melodious voice sounded, causing Srutha to gape at the laughing eyes of all her companions. Shooting a glare at them, she slowly turned to face Krishna, a sweet smile on her face.
"Kanha, what is going on.. more time travel?
"Yes Dau. We have Treta, us and Kaliyuga, all together in one place. By the way, Happy Birthday Mili! Hope you love Dwaraka!
"Oh yes! Happy Birthday Mili! If you all will follow me!
Mili stared at Balarama, stupefied. Why did He appear more of an enigma to her? What was going on?
"Sau, instead of questioning, let us go with it. You have already been wished by two people you cherish, whispered Charvi. "Let us go with um.. Shre and Sru Di's Dau and see who from Treta has come!
"This is the best birthday ever!
Squealing, Mili jumped on Shreya's back, causing everyone to laugh, and follow the waiting brothers.
