I don't think telly shows have changed even a wee bit in the past 15 years or so. I used to watch a couple of the Ekta Kapoor shows in those days. They are all the same nonsense. Only the packaging has changed. Those days they used show tripe in the name of tripe, now they show tripe in the name of unique story lines and social awareness.
