Tarun suddenly discovers he had got 30 missed calls from Saloni
He calls her up and she stammers that she was in laoir pains
Tarun rushes home
At Mathur house Ahana is in the kitchen when Rehaan tries to strike some conversation .
She suddenly hugs him and shares how Mr Guota was after her n her sister , how he was always threatening them Rehaan gets furious . He is calmed by Ahana and pleads him not to tell Anant too
Ahana fears that Gupta might harm her or saloni or their mom
Rehaan assures as long as he was there none could ever dare to harm her or her family members
At hospital tarun is very worried for his wife n baby . He calls ahana but she is not receiving calls .
Ahana is seen with AM , he makes her sit and lovingly offers her his gift .. A pendant with huge kundan
He says it was a gift of love , he wanted to show her how much he loved her .
Ahana recollects how laila had told her that AM was trying to strengthened their marriage n their rishtaa .
Laila asks her to respond to AM positively . Ahana jerks to reality and smiles at AM
AM asks her to putnon his pendant and shw that she cared for him .
AM lvingly pits it on her neck but Ahana recollects her close moments with Rehaan
AM praises that she looked very beautiful .
Right then Ahana receives the call about Saloni being in labour and their baby was about to arrive any moment .. She excitedly informs Laila
AM congrats Laila . But bei g on wheel chair she declines to go to hospital
AM and Ahana rush off to hospital and Ahana asks Rehaan to accompany them .
Roshni tells Yamini thatnher dad had purchased this pendant only for Yamini .
She is pleasantly surprised . She praises his choice .
Roshni forces Yamini to put it on right away . She reluctantly agrees .
Karan receives a letter adressed to AM
Laila asks who was the sender, but the courier guy knows nothing about it .
Roshni , laila wonder what might this be from .
Roshni receives the letter after convincing the guy that she would hand over to AM
As Roshni is about to open it , Laila warns her agains opening dad's personal letters ...
Laila secretly decides to read it ..but Roshni keeps an eye and asks her not to touch dad's personal letter . .
Later Laila tries to keep watch on Roshni to read that letter secretly ... She even follows her to the art work shop but to her surprise Roshni . Roshni confronts Laila aunty for following her , she taunts her .
Laila leaves .
Mrs Gupta informs Gupta about his waaris ,... tarun and saloni's beta ... That he should forgiven forget and accept them back into the folds of his family n get them back home
But Gupta is furious to hear this . He refuses to meet his bahu beta and new born pota .
Mrs Gipta insists that the baby had made him grand pa , the baby was innocent n deserved his love .
Ahana and AM met Saloni n congratulate the new parents

Rehaan reaches there n greets the new parents . N gifts them a bouquet of flowers n some colourful balloons .rehaan plays with the baby in Ahana's arms .
AM has to leave for urgent business matters He asks Rehaan to drop Ahana home .

In the letter Vyoma informs about Rehana affair and how this will bring shame on his family.
Right then Laila watches Ahana enter the house laughing away with Rehaan ...she gets furious n tears up the letter .
She later confronts Ahana about her secret extramarital affair that vyoma's latter had written to AM
Ahana is seen behaging awkwardly towards Rehaan and seems to be in dilemma
Rehaan seems confused at her bahaviour
