I hated the movie silsila, my mum hated it too. I felt so sorry for Jaya Bachan. That movie was even more disgusting after the known fact that Amitab and Rekha were having an real affair even after Amitab married Jaya. Amitab is sick, no offense to his fans, but you cant take a movie of what is happening in your real life. How awful that must have been for Jaya Bachan for people to talk about that movie and compare it to her real married life, she must have felt so embarassed and ridiculed. Alteast he came to his senses sooner or later.
But even if Shiv does come to his senses, Gauri shouldnt go back to him, like Jaya in real life or movie, she should not have forgieven amitab, women should not tolerate such betrayal. Shiv's sin is compounded by the fact that he wanted to marry Gauri to get rid of his doshi kundali, at some point or another he wanted gauri dead, how cold hearted can you get. 😡

Spot on Maragtham...Women should never forgive affairs and here Shiv's character is more at fault than those of Silsila as Gauri is being cheated all the way again and again that too in different ways....😡
