Does anybody think saranya was also hit by a car...not jus tripped on the stone??
Cz earlier when saranya got a flashback of shiv lying on the ground,
Hit by her car an innova car was coming towards her!!
The same car was there at the accident spot of shiv saranya...
It could be either vyoom helped them to go to hospital in the beginning...or she was also hit by the car...or those are flashes of what saranya saw when she was lying on the road bleeding!!
It's just stuck to my mind,that they were keeping that car in the frame...so it will have some relevance...or maybe just a thought!!
