OK so this is how she went about playing her game in BB, but it was at the same time to get even with vikas as well. It does not mean that whatever issues she had with vikas were not real and she did not hold vikas responsible for her current predicament.

As I have said before BB gave her the perfect opportunity to get even with vikas, that she couldnt outside with the clout he wields.

So it was basically ek teer se do nishaan case.

Even if for a minute we assume Vikas is this big shot producer who has kanoon se bhi lambe haath hence untouchable outside. He can ruin careers and make your life hell as well. You know set the plot in a very filmy manner.
Shinde madam thinks that BB is the perfect opportunity to get back at this wolf since huh equal footing yo. So she gets back at him in the most entertaining khikhikhi manner. Who cares if it was borderline harassment.
Lekin end main toh BB se nikal ke bahar hi jaana hai. Tab she won't experience the repercussions of what all hogwash she spewed against this bad ass producer. Like a truce inside the house would help her? Like bahar jake firse he won't be untouchable?
Matlab counterproductivity ki haddh hai ye game plan toh Shilpa ka.

Ratti bhar darr nahin hain, kisiko bhi - bahar jaake 4 defamation suits thok sakta hain uspe with what all she's said about him. And she knows that. Koi farak nahin padta madam ko. And what does the channel care who gets defamed? Unko toh masala and TRP se matlab hain, and like I said above, the wronged victim v bad villainous producer narrative sells, and how. She outed herself completely when she called him a mutton ka tukda laid out for her enjoyment. How 🤢 that is aside, it certainly doesn't fit into the 'big shot producer who destroys lives' narrative - as you said, kabhi toh BB se bahar bhi jaana hain, aur bahar se hi toh aayi hain 😳 😆

This is totally an assumption, but for arguement's sake lets say she gets BB offer and comes to know VG too will be in BB, so she decides that she'll play her game by having a go at VG. A I said ek teer do nishaan. And dat's exactly what she did. She was having her one on with Vikas n she didn't gather support for that, unlike Vikas who literally provoked others to gang up against her.

As for what happened outside, I have watched a few random videos, and dey were not in vikas' favour, (and dey were not even related to shilpa, but others), but have refuse to consider them as it would be a one sided case and I doubt we'll ever know the whole sordid story. I'm just making my points on all dat has happened in BB itself.
