Rani Mukerji speaks less but whenever she
does she makes sure to set the record
straight. The actor who was today present
at a media event did not mince her words
while speaking about a range of subjects
including the Padmavati controversy which
has become the hottest topic right now.
At the time when many celebs have come
forward to condemn the verbal attacks on
the Padmavati cast including Deepika
Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer
Singh, it was but natural that Rani would be
asked to comment on the same given that
she has worked with Bhansali in her one of
the most cult movies, Black.
When asked about the same, Rani said,
"Sanjay Leela Bhansali doesn't need a Rani
Mukerji to back him on a platform like this.
Sanjay truly believes how much I love him
and how I stand by him."
Meanwhile, it was only today that a
gruesome picture of a man beheaded at the
Nahargarh Fort, Rajasthan had gone viral.
Along with it, a note stating, "Padmavati
Virodh, hum putle jalate nahi, latkate hain."
A member of Karni Sena condemned the act
and said, "This is not the way to send a
message. If anyone wants to send out a
message of such sort, it is imparting a
wrong message. Opposition to Padmavati is
justified, but this is not justified."

off topic: today only I read somewhere that it was Rani's kissing scene with Amitabh, in SLB's Black, that caused her break-up with Abhishek... is it true? ðŸ˜³
