See Shilpa has an animosity not particularly JUST towards Vikas it's more like the entire production/administration team surrounding the show. And what Vikas's position stands for. Not because they did something terribly wrong with her, but because of the pain she went through as a result of wanting to branch out. That's why she always refers to him as "Inn LOGON ne". Her side of the story is also genuine and Vikas has on many occasions accepted that fact. Her pain is definitely real.

When she spoke up for her self against the whole harassment/contract the executives of the show (producers especially) basically isolated her from the industry. Overnight, it was her v. entire industry. She mentioned this to Priyank as well in one ED. The same co-actress who she was sharing lunch with, the very next day wouldn't answer her calls, NOTHING. She had zero support even from the people she worked with for so long. How do you think that would make her feel? Obviously bitter. Vikas wasn't really involved in these small aspects and she definitely is bitter not just towards Vikas. It's more administration in general and what his position in the industry stands for. If the producers of Bhabi ji were on this show, her wrath would actually be focused on them and not Vikas. 😆
