He was tall with thick wavy hair, he wore black trousers and a white shirt as if he was just about ready to head to court himself
The room he was in looked very much like a barrister's chamber with 10s of thousands of books lining the wall
Pictures of Shyamsunder Vaidya shaking hands with various dignitaries plastered everywhere
Embedded within was pictures of Harit Vaidya in ceremonial lawyer attire, holding a scroll in his hands, a pic together of father and son

Harit nodded and peeked out the window at the expansive lawns, acres of it in front of the 200 year old pristine white pillar-ed haveli

"Babuji abhi nahi, agar who pesh nahi huin agle hafte to hum unke ghar jaakar Chandan ko hamesha ke liye yahan le aayenge he said smugly
Leaving his Dad staring after him as he dove three steps at a time going down the grand staircase
His mother was talking o two women at the foot of the stairs
"Hareee... jaldi mein hain beta?
"Jee Ma case hai do baje he said and went out in the scalding hot Bareilly sunshine
