Why very few Kashmiri and Pathan/actresses in BW?

Kashmiries and Pathans are the most fairskinned and beautiful people in South Asia, Katrina kaif and Zareen khan being two examples, how come we find very few actresses from those regions in BW? Especially since BW is so fairskin orientated?

Didnt know all those were kashmiri. A lot of them are b grade though

Also im focussing more on actresses, very few actresses from those regions, for example we have male khans, who are usually half pathan, yet hardly any khan actresses. Wana see more pathan and kashmiri beauties in BW😉
