Part 1
Naina is playing with her friends where Sameer comes and stands there. Swati sees him and goes to him while Naina turns around to face her back towards him. She starts to go away but he follows her behind. Rakesh Sir comes there and stops her from going there. He asks Arjun to hand over the letter given by the Principal to Sameer but he insists that he himself should do that. On asking he tells Sameer that this is his character certificate because of his deeds and abuses his parents for failing in his upbringing. Sameer tells him to worry about his own upbringing as he doesn't even know what type of girl Naina is...Rakesh stops him in between only and tells him that this is only because of Naina's goodness that he is not being suspended and just being punished. He won't be able to play cricket in school for 3 months as his punishment. He would just watch Arjun and others play cricket and starts to leave from there. He also tells Naina that she should report to him if Sameer disturbs her in future.
Sameer sees the letter and tears it and throws the bits of the letter high up and Naina sees his angry face. While walking Arjun asks his father about when did Naina say about the punishment? To this Rakesh tells him that he just lied to prove Naina a girl with very good principles in front of Sameer. Naina walks away thinking about her father's lie and she was unaware of its consequences that would happen in future.
Lochan sir is walking with another teacher and they are worried for politics in Gujarat because if re-elections happen, they will have an election duty again. Sameer and his friends go to the cycle stand and Sameer kicks a cycle in anger and all the cycles fell down. His friends pick them up and ask Sameer to calm down as it is a matter of just 3 months. He is angry with Naina as because of her only, every time he is punished. A student from the other gang teases him that he should have stayed away from Naina.
Pandit sitting at some distance tells him about the rakhi incident and asks to himself whether Naina has a problem with the boys. Munna asks him to leave from there while Sameer decides that he'll get Naina close to him. He'll make her fall in love with him and prove to her father that he too failed in his upbringing of Naina.
Part 2
While Sameer is talking to his friends about this decision members of the other gang tease him that he'll rather be thrown out of the school. They ask him whether he will use his money power to impress her as she doesn't even look towards any boy in school. He decides to have a bet with the other gang that Naina would say I love you to him in front of the entire school and that too by hugging him. They all decide on the deal that if he loses his bet, they would shave off his Salman style hair.
Munna takes him away and tells him to stay away from this bet as he would look like a bald Mogambo without hair. They all are worried for him as its very difficult to impress her but Sameer is confident of his charm. He tells everyone that he'll complete this deal before their class 11th is finished but all of them will have to promise that this deal would only be between the boys...neither Naina nor her father would come to know about that. Finally the bet and the deal is fixed between all of them. Sameer is walking away with his flowing hair. Naina is walking and the music from Maine pyar kiya plays in the background. Voice over says that their timings always cross...on one side she is applying oil on her hair and on the other hand Sameer was risking his hair to come close to her.
Part 3
Naina is sitting with Swati in class and Sameer is watching her through the window. Swati tells her that the song Jahan main jaati hu wahin chale aate ho' is very apt in this situation. Naina pats her shoulder and asks her to concentrate only on studies. Sameer comes there and picks up Naina's pencil box which had fallen down. Sameer keeps on staring at her and bends down on the desk and asks Swati to sit on some other seat as he has to talk to Naina. She is about to get up but Naina asks her to keep sitting there. He takes her notebook and sits on the seat behind Naina. Naina asks Swati whether he wanted to copy her homework...Swati tells her to ask herself. But on insistence swati asks him to give her notebook back. He tells her to ask herself.
Teacher enters and asks everyone to take out their geometry notebooks. Sameer draws something and writes I'm sorry and tries to give her the notebook but she doesn't take. He threw the copy on her desk. She and Swati see that and Swati asks her to forgive him but she writes that she doesn't wish to talk to him and keeps on desk. He picks up and replies that he deserves a chance as he is innocent. All this while song' aaj na chhodunga tujhe is playing in the background. Naina tears that page and the teacher turns around. She asks Sameer to go back to his seat.
At night all of them are having dinner together and Chachiji has made Arjun's favorite halwa as his present. Taiji and Chachiji tease each other about the two gas cylinders at their homes but still Taiji's cylinders finished and they had to come there for dinner. She taunts Rakesh for being of no use to anyone in household matters. Naina is serving something to everyone while voiceover says about those days and the gas cylinders and the related problems. These days its so easy with the gas pipelines.
Phone rings and Naina goes to pick up the phone. Its from Sameer and he asks her not to disconnect the call and says sorry once again. He tells her that he is right this time but when she doesn't respond, he plays the song ...'tum ladki ho main ladka hu' on his music player while he himself is hitting the boxing bag. He has an evil smile while Naina has a smile on her face when Rakesh comes there and asks her about the phone call. She tells him that it's a wrong number. They start to go from there when the phone rings again. He tells her that he'll pick up the phone...maybe again this is a wrong number. He is coming towards the phone and Naina is watching him anxiously.
Precap
Naina practicing Juliet's dialogues and Lochan Sir tells everyone that Naina would be the Juliet in the play. He is searching for Romeo when Sameer comes there and volunteers for Romeo's role.
