Look up Ayurveda body type and see which one are you. Based on that some foods might be causing a big harm to you.
There are 3 basic body elements - Vata, Pita and Dosha. If your prominent body element is imbalanced, you can experience severe stomach and bidy problems. Ayurveda explains you how to balance that element with simple diet changes and herbal meds. Once balanced, you will be as good as new!
Try it, I never believed in any of this earlier until I tried. And there is no harm or side effects on trying.
