Without a doubt the only reason I am watching IPK3 is because of Barun. I loved the idea of him being an anti-hero because I knew how well he would be able to portray a grey character, I really don't believe in revenge as such so I was not sure where my allegiances would be as the story unfolds. I thought I would love Barun's portrayal of the character more than the character itself. I thought my heart would be Team Advay, just because of Barun, and head would be Team Chandni.

At the moment I am totally and happily Team Advay, I can't believe how hard and fast I have fallen for Advay. Everything he has been through and lost, he still cares deeply and he has stayed true to himself and his beliefs and principals, that is an admirable quality in a person. The fact that he also actually uses his brain, has a great sense of humour and isn't too hard on the eye just makes him a lethal combination.
An undeniable, unescapable, consuming lethal combination indeed.

I am the opposite. Although he is the only actor who has ever touched a chord in me, if I were ever to come face to face with him, I would be blank, not knowing what to do, and I am sure by the time I figure out, he would be gone.

Oh so you are telugu , yes i can speak telugu too, tho i am Kannada. Actually i can speak quite a few languages, but telugu is def my favourite, Its simply the sweetest language i think .

As they say Telugu is teetha and Kannada is Kasturi.

Telugu brings to mind classics like Sankarabharanam and Sagarasangamam. WOWOW !!! 😳

My mother too can speak quite a few languages and made it a point to watch the same soap in every possible language . I remember watching Kyun ki saas bhi bahu thi and then a remake version Kalisundam raa in telugu and then something in tamil 😡. All remakes 😕 . No wonder it has put me off soaps forever , thanks to my mummy darling ❤️ , well until sobti came along and changed it. Ab toh kya kahe thanks to Barun , hum forums main bhi likhne lage hain😃

Sorry to have brought up Draupadi , ( hope haven't offended you in any way) , actually for me more than religion she is a depiction of a powerful woman who doesn't bow down easily. She is able to hold her own even in a male chauvinistic society. So she is an inspiration to every woman i feel. 👏

You see i am new to this forum. I don't watch soaps, but IPK is special because of Barun, also because it is IPK and promises a dark intense romance revolving around an anti hero. So yeah the point is i am new so not sure of who are bashers and who are not. Well i will keep an eye out tho and avoid those threads , thanks for the heads up. 👍🏼

Its good to be chatting with a fellow sobti lover. For once i have someone who is on the same page as me and for once i don't have to fight my corner ( or rather Sobtis corner). So thanks again for your reply⭐️. On that note i too try and take pen to paper ( or rather fingers to keyboard 😆) and make an attempt at giving my opinion on the episodes. So kabhi time mile toh hamare gali bhi aa jaana 😉( posts check out kar lena) . It would be an honour to have a manjha hua khiladi like you give me a feedback. 😃

You have decoded all the characters so well. Advay is still work in progress. He is one hell of an enigma and i am absolutely loving him.
I can never imagine anyone else as Advay.
Those subtle nuances, the change of expressions, the smooth transiton from Advay to Dev and back to Advay.
Gosh! I AM IN LOVE WITH ADVAY SINGH RAIZADA❤️

Read it twice ...Lovely post...what I like about advay is he is damn controlled! I don't know how he is doing it but he has great control and it makes his character more interesting than arnav or haider
Advay admiring chandni is dev inside him... .his childhood friend and sweetheart!
