TOI:Shivani gets ger nose pierced for "Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon

From growing their hair long to going bald, and from gaining weight to losing a lot of it actors these days are going to different extents to portray their characters realistically.




And something similar recently happened on the sets of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon.

The show, whose return has caused a lot of excitement and curiosity stars Barun Sobti and Shivani Tomar as the lead actors.

Shivani, who plays Chandni in the show, is a very shy and submissive girl who hails from Allahabad and is extremely spiritual and religious.

Her costumes and makeup are kept simple and ethnic. Not only that, she also got her nose pierced to add some extra zing to her look.

"I always love taking up new challenges be it in terms of projects or doing things I've never done before. I really love the look that the creative team has given me, and I'm sure that the audience will like it too.

She's more than just a girl-next-door. The character has a lot of depth and layers to it. Says Shivani.

With so much of effort going into the show, we're sure that the audience will love the third season of Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon.
