in the television world with dance
reality show Dance India Dance
season 3. Later, she rose to fame with
her portrayal in Dil Dostii Dance.
Presently, the pretty damsel enthralls
audience as Keerti in Star Plus popular
show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
The current storyline is revolving
around her character being a victim
of domestic violence in the series. In
real life, Mohena is a brave girl. The
actress is against this evil practise.
"I am absolutely against domestic
violence. I know women who have
gone through it. I believe men who
consider themselves powerful after
doing injustice with their life partners
are cowards. With power come
responsibility and men should
understand and take care of people
who are precious. Women are the
reasons why everyone is alive on the
planet, said the actress.
Although her on-screen character is
going through domestic violence but
in real life she wants women to stand
and fight back.

people who support this practise.
