Hey I don't agree with some of your points... Vividha!!! I won't say anything coz she wants everything..
Agree to that part..
But about Atharva.. Sujata was a single mother and bought up Atharva alone.. but you can't compare Sujata with Kangana in this case...Sujata was sane on the first place and dint harm anyone... Atharva has seen Kangana the other way.. now who on earth will leave a kid with such a person!! I don't trust Kangana... How can she marry Ravish even after knowing that he is engaged to Guddi.. She was left by her finance so she know how it feels like... If she don't have any other intention then she should oppose to this marriage right!! I don't want madhav's custody being given to Kangana at this point... Let her prove herself.. they should think of madhav's instead of showing sentiments to Kangana .. and if she really is fine now and can prove herself then let they go for custody battle again..and her reason too is stupid.. which kids don't fight?? She is just making use of the current situations..and since she was supposed to be a negative character I think she is just acting...

i don't know why kangs past shud cum now wen medically its proven that shes fine & can TC of her kid.so thats not the case. even attu knows & acknowledged in front of viv that kangs does luv maddy a lot.so this is not logical 2 say kangs was mental patient so not eligible 4 maddy's custody. shes medically fit.

and abt mrg wid ravi why shud she refuse??ravi is only breaking engagement which is almost forced on but hes still trying 2 nibhao it. guddi can clearly see it that he doesn't luv her nor kangs but she still wants him 2 say yes.

If Kangana was mentally unstable before then wasnt Atharva mentally unstable ? so why Atharva is using Kangana's mental instability against her when he himself has gone through that phase .? If Kangana was mentally unstable and then Atharva was too not so long ago Both went through treatment Both Vividha and Atharva had and has temper issue in their normal self They lose their temper easily and become aggressive abusive They even physically abuse others Are they right influence on Madhav ? Absolutely not . They dont even care in front of kids and they start slapping and abusing like Vividha was yesterday trying to slap Kangana Ravish stopped her If court gets to know about their these acts they will never get Madhavs custody

If Kangana was left by her lover pregnant then wasnt Vividha left by Atharva when she was pregnant ?Just because Vividha had Ravish to save her and Kangana did not have Ravish with her both Atharva and Vividha are mudslinging on her , assassinating her character through their lawyer in the court How cheap is that . One more thing i would like to clear here which is being mislead here

Sujata did not lose her mental stability because Ramakant did not dump her She himself asked him to be with suman Her child was not robbed from her .Kangana on the other hand was dumped by boyfriend in the mandap and she was pregnant but she still did not abort her child or lost herself She stood strong and gave him birth but went into depression and lost her mental balance when child was robbed from her just when she delivered the baby She had to none to support her and was dumped by her uncle and aunt in the asylum . Sujata too would have lost her mental balance if she would have gone through all this Kangana would not have lost her mental balance and raised her child with her if Kailash did not rob it from her

Here the point that is being raised Mr Athava sujata through his lawyer is trying to say a single woman cannot raise her child well then he himself has been raised by a single mother but for Kangana he is applying different rules . Atharva has proved himself he is a FAKE FEMINIST NAKLI MARD . The one who gives the idea to his lawyer to assassinate a woman's character because her lover cheated her and left her pregnant and say she is unworthy to get her own child who was robbed from her is the most shameless man
