Sometimes one part of the human tortures another and thats nt only painful but shameful as well...Laws are made to protect the creation of god and also to keep intact the humanity in this world bt when people like Maya fakes a RAPE jst to get her desired lust about Arjun i feel ashamed to be categorized with her in same clan as WOMAN

Saanjh is right there Maya surely dnt know what RAPE is???she surely dnt knw wht was the consequences and the after effects of it!!!!!!!!For people like her genuine people who actually go through such hell get questioned badly at court drama...

Agreed. Her love/obsession for Arjun can explain many of her past crimes. But she has struck a new low here, and there is nothing she can do to redeem herself now.

There is two phase one you acknowledge to urself that u r wrong still doing that cause u hv no control on ur instincts bt u wnt to improve

and another u dnt feel guilty at all and blames the whole world bt u

Maya comes in the latter one

For her

whatever she does is right,applicable and justified

be it killing people

be it framing people

breaking indian laws

It hasn't been proven yet if maya is faking or not. Ayan hasn't been proven if he's guilty or not guilty so let's wait and see instead of making a decision before hand '

I am sure cvs are going to put us in a twist again like other storyline

Well Ayaan didn't rape her he attempted to rape her as it seems even by Ayaan's description "mute one" Maya filed case of attempt to rape not rape there is a difference though she could have filed case of rape by tampering with proofs and bribing doctor but she didn't. She spoke those dialogues like "munh dikhane key kabil nahin choroga" in Ayaan's voice herself than she torn her clothes herself and got on the top of poor bechara Ayaan than she tried to bite Ayaan on his neck and torn his clothes too poor Ayaan warned her "Bhabhi main apka Devar Hoon" but that pathetic woman paid no heed to poor man's pleas. Yess she is having trauma attacks. She was having those flashbacks when Arjun tried to touch her.

We might be knowing half truth but till than Maya did not frame Ayaan. She didn't killed anybody.

Relax. Nobody knows what the actual truth. From a viewers point of view, if anyone is pathetic here then it should be Saanjh because Ayaan clearly assaulted Maya. Sure the truth can be completely altered later on when the story line progresses, but for now the fact remains that Maya was assaulted by Ayaan and even after knowing that... Saanjh asked Samay to not come to the court as a witness as that would make their case weak. What does that say about Sanjh's character? If you're really someone who is better than someone like Maya then shouldn't you try to find the truth then just try to fight the case because you have personal animosity with someone? On one hand you're saying "I am fighting this case so that women like Maya cannot misuse laws created for women to help them" On another hand, you're asking the main eyewitness (Samay) to not appear in court?

OK I don't even know where to start. I am not going to bash you but calm down seriously. I don't know how Maya's behaviour makes you ashamed of being a woman.

First of all we all know there was no rape. Maya doesn't claim that either. Please rethink your statements. Essentially what you have written boils down to a code of conduct for women who have been raped or sexually molested. Are you going to consider a woman raped only if she is crying and sobbing, hiding her face from the society for no fault of her own? I am sorry to say but this is downright regressive and retrograde to expect that. And to remind you, Maya appeared traumatised in many scenes in case you missed that. But seems you want her to hide in a corner forever because she claims to have been molested. Bleeding and all seriously, please, is that going to be metric for molestation? I need to remind you that you are not making your gender proud my asking sexual assault victims to behave in a particular way.

If she was assaulted, it was NOT HER FAULT. I like that she is not getting bogged down by judgemental society and is still open about her sexuality. She doesn't need to change her conduct for that.

You can criticise her for sedating Arjun and tying him but come on, she wanted to get off the plane, she did. Come on give her some leeway atleast. 😆.

For the miscarriage part, truth is yet to come out, so hold your judgement for a while. I won't justify that. Miscarriage scene, we all agree, was stupidly written, but you can't hold it against Maya.

PS: It seems you were very much outraged while writing this since you could have been much more objective in your criticism. Calm down.

Well I have something to say about this post.

Soumi, calm down. Because your outrage will increase even more when you'll see tonight maya winning through her rampant manipulations. I totally agree with your title. Maya is was and will always remain a pathetic woman. But regarding the courtroom drama, it's pathetically written as well. Your only stripping off clothes in the courtroom showing marks without any medical report at hand cannot prove you have been subjected to attempt to rape. Never. And regarding her stripping off, how can she get devastating marks on her bodies when we all know how much ayaan attacked her? No way other than them being self inflicted. A woman who hurts herself to make others guilty of wife beating, rape , daughter in law torture is surely a pathetic woman.

But since maya will keep on winning until her downfall begins, you have to bear with it calmly for some more time. Because you have to one day pay for your sins. And till date Maya has never done that. She will devastatingly at the end. Paap ka gharaa bhar ke ucchal jaane do iska.

The miscarriage thing is a total bluff. As you said, after miscarriage you are at rest, it bleeds and pains. But she carried an enormous ganesha murti to the river. And put the entire guilt on Saanjh's head. A woman who fakes pregnancy, bribes doctors for fake reports, fakes miscarriage and blames another woman for that is surely a pathetic woman.

And lastly her faking rape. Did you see the promo? " Maya hoon main." As in I'm illusion and I can make you believe everything. I can present lies in a truthful way because I myself am an illusion. Saanjh said, sar se paaon tak jhoothi hai. Exactly . She's a pathetic illusion.

Well the ATTEMPT of RAPE is a very confusing part. What medical tests does Maya need to take for attempt of rape case? Even if Ayaan tried to rape her, he didn't go any further than tearing her sleeves or maybe (just maybe) biting her neck. What do other scars on her body mean anyway? How can anyone prove what he was saying since Arjun's statement wouldn't matter?

They already showed the scene when Samay and the police come and it would be really stupid to change that scene. It's all confusing rape/attempt of rape?
