Everyone is wondering as to why Nikhila got Shiv married if she knew that his wife wud get knocked down within a year or so. The answer cud be that she wanted to get a grandson or daughter. Shiv is her only child and if he wont have any kids then who wud the kapoor clan's throne go to..?? So basically she needed Gauri to produce an air for kapoor family and then die or something..

That's what i was thinking too....he has an older brother by the name 'Rudra' . He can give a heir to the family too...but he hasn't been introduced yet and they don't even mention anything about him !

Maybe ekta changed her mind and decided that Mahen and Nikhila should have only 1 son.....😆

Isn't it obvious?? Shiv and Ipshita want to get married. That's why he isn't in love with Gauri. If he married Ipshita then she would die an unnatural death as is mentioned in his kundali. So he had to marry someone else so that the 'dosh' would be removed!

You see, he's a manglik, someone whose horoscope has a problem.
