Same reason for Kat's and Shradha's popularity.One more important reason is that people are so tired of average and overhyped Alia that they are lapping up anyone half decent who can challenge her😳

I dont think she looks like sass-bahu heroine.That is someone like Niti Taylor😆
Disha is pretty but her face is not unique.At times she looks like Illeana,then other time Shradha,Nargis even Amrita Rao.For now she has gained popularity but longevity depends on her future work.Its good to see a non wooden ambitious outsider actress after so long though
