One of the saddest things Kumkum bhagya reminds me of is how in love, people forget themselves. I understand that love is such an intense, pure, fulfilling emotion that maybe no one who hasn't been in love will feel, but as a person who has lived on Ekta's k dramas, Bollywood and a whole lot of romance.. not to mention craves my own DDLJ story.. as well as having loads of close friends in relationships and seeing them change/evolve.. it certainly does make me think. Just, i don't really know but it makes me sad.

Pragya was a lovely proffessor, she has a pure heart but ever since her whole marriage with Abhi, the way she was disrespected, the way she was tortured, what not. I'm not making a 'hate Abhi' or 'blame the victim' post here but seriously.. does a person lose all logic, all sense when they fall in love? Honestly.. it's weird because I think of myself as a hopeless romantic yet i am real, very real and logical when it comes to love. How do you all feel?

Hi Jolly, well, hmmm... we might not know it, Pragya's definition of love. She might be happy doing all that she had done. As long as she is happy doing it, who are we to judge, right babe? 😉 Yes I do agree, do we have to suffer for love? But maybe suffering for us but happiness for Pragya, right? Haha...

I understand what you mean.. but then if you put it like this, doesn't that justify any act in the name of love? Some actions can be life threatening, dangerous but if you commit it for love or for the other person, it's okay?? Where are the limits? Whwre are the boundaries?? How do we find out?? Do you know what I mean? 🤗

@ purple : Hmmm...seems like there are no limits here for Pragya (in KKB generally). But in real world, if we see or feel that any action or behavior that is not worth it to maintain any particular relation, then might as well to part ways. Sad isn't it? But unfortunately that is what has been portrayed in KKB. There are too many life threatening situations in Abhigya equation. To the point of very illogical, not that we should expect logic while watching KKB...😆

Pragya's love is unconditional... As simple as that... As far it is unconditional there is no limits or boundaries or whatever... It might looks stupid for those who are seeing it from outside because they are viewing it from mind perspective... In love there is the difference between Heart and Mind... Mind expects Logic (like why should do and what should do), but Heart only feels the love...

And Pragya always gives the love, rarely expects it back... She always prioritizing Abhi in first place than herself, that is why she doesn't even care for her life threatening situations... But she doesn't bear if anything happens to Abhi...

Even in real life unconditional love exists, which I am seeing in my day to day life... My dad loves my mom unconditionally... Sometimes my mom was very harsh to my dad due to work pressure, he never reacts to her anger, instead of that he try to solve what makes her anger in the work... When I asked my dad, how are you are reacting in calm way when she is harsh to you, he replied that "I love her, but that doesn't mean she should love me in the same way. She too loves me but she does not expresses it openly"... And he advises me "If you're in love, then love form your heart not from your mind"...

The way they show Pragya's life and love is unrealistic to me. And it's very sad. I've never seen or heard a couple go through this many tragedies because of love. That does not make sense. Pragya has taken so many losses after she fell in love. Love is a wonderful growth experience. It brings out the best in you and your partner to solve any problems. A person's love as the cause of all her problems is a ridiculous storyline in this show.

What they show in KB is hardly any love but ridiculous drama, upholding of marriage symbols etc. So I don't see it as a love story at all. So unrealistic it is.

And no I do not see any unconditional love here either..Pragya is achieving her kumkum here proving stuff to Taaliyah (doesn't matter she gets hurt, Abhi takes bullet whatever) and Abhi has hardly ever been in love with all his understanding in place.
