No because she will not gain success - I've seen other South actresses fail, and lose their movies in South..
Yes because, some actresses did gain success - Revathy, Rekha, Sri Devi.. and, even if the actress isn't a hit in Bollywood, it will be a new experience for her and she may be a hit, you never know.. I like some movement between south and bollywood TBH.. to be restricted in your own area of work is bad on many levels.
