How is Shilpa Shetty getting movies?

She wasn’t big star and most of her movies were flop but she still manages to get work. She didn’t marry any top actors or Bollywood insiders. So how is she managing to get movies, web-series, endorsements, judging reality shows and other work? She did web series Sukhee and her movie Police Force is coming soon. There are many good actresses from 90’s and 2000’s that are sitting home jobless but not being a good actress, she is getting so much work. How is it possible?
