P.S I too did not believe her and went and got myself tested and I tested positive so I think this is possible

You can heard two pulse (one is mother's and others is baby's pulse) from the pregnant lady wrist. Little beat going in between mother's strong beat.

Doctor uses stethoscope to heard the pulse properly to find out whether the lady is pregnant or not.

Nowadays people only believe in technology and they forget ancient science.
