Yes in the past people used to find out pregnancy using such methods.not only pulse our grand grand mothers find out it by looking at the eyes of women.my mother told me about this that their grand mother detects it even befre they find out by missing periods.they never do any tests in hospitals that time.

Lol...it's old method that's why u don't know about that and yes, it's not scientific method so new generation doesn't believe but old people still know about that.

Or she maybe a gynecologist and it's only 2 days according to show when sona know about her pregnancy.
