He did not hug her against her will. It was a performance where he was being egged on to do something that Ada didn't speak up against. so, he just did it. Then he said sorry and all. Yes, it didn't look right and Ada was shocked but he immediately left her and said sorry so I think it wasn't his bad intentions. He just did what he thought would make the performance better cuz ppl around were asking him to. And frankly, hugging in the show business is normal, it just looked weird cuz it was Baba and he did it awkwardly. Then he immediately said sorry. He didn't even do it when that guy asked him to do it for the first time, he was hesitant but when 2-3 times he said it again, and that guy was from the same show as Ada, he went ahead. I don't think he needs to be bashed about this.
