Mani and Ishita's friendship isn't so innocent as it was portrayed to be. Mani had his selfish motives for not informing Bhallas and Iyers for 7 years that Ishita was alive. Then every human being is selfish by nature, he wasn't responsible fully as it was Ishita's decision too. Apart from that, he's always wished best for Ishita.

But what about Ishita? She cajoled him to marry Shagun knowing her true face. If it was pre and post-leap innocent Shagun or Ishita were unaware of the change in Shagun after her return, it still could make some sense. But the matter of fact is she knew. Now she knows what happened in Australia, how Shagun behaved there despite being married to Mani. But Ishita didn't even bother to inform such gross misconduct of Shagun to her husband. Not only that, when Mani is making up his mind to divorce Shagun (as per OLV and news segments) due to these chain of events, she is trying to persuade him otherwise!

I think u have missed some scenes ishita didn't knw dat Shagun is changed post leap to negative wen she asked mani to marry her but wen she got to knw abt Shagun she went to court to stop their marriage but by then marriage has happened
And coming to not informing mani abt shagun's khaand in Australia both ishra wanted to tell mani but den Aaliya told dem not to tell abt Shagun to mani as he will be broken datz d reason ishra were silent and didn't tell mani and coming to f segment we don't even knw watz actually ishita is talking to mani so let's wait for d episode

exactly ishu dint know that shagun is back to her tactics during the marriage and when she came to know she did inform Mani but he dint believe her
and btw their friendship is not innocent at all now since Mani also betrayed her during pihu custody case

Seriously u hv missed episodes
Wen ishra made mani marry shagun she ws pure white in front of everyone.
Wen ishita got to know her true color she ran to stop marriage bt that had taken place already and mani didn't believe ishita he chose to trust shagun.
Abt aussie incident Raman wanted to tell mani and ishita supported raman bt it ws aliya who requested them not to tell Mani
Yeah it ws mani who betrayed ishita, by snatching her daughter for teaching her a lesson still ishita forgave him
