Nihir got to know abt ishita's condition bt didn't show n don't tell anyone bcs ishita doesn't want ..
Shagun too comes to know abt ishita being alive n decides to go ahemdabad to find out y she not coming back

So mihir is aware of ishita's condition and also that she's going to Aussie for treatment. Shagun knows she's alive and wants to infirm the family.. will they know ishita's condition ? Mainly Raman? Or will mihir tell him later after drama?
