Her nose seems different too. Plus I don't know if I've ever seen someone's face shape change so drastically in just one year. She was a replica of Boney Kapoor face wise and within a year there seems to be a total transformation in the shape of her face too.😆 Plus puberty at 15? I always thought for girls, it was more of a 10-13 thing?

Her nose still looks big tho.
And contouring can do a great job making a nose look toned.
Well, at the age of 14-15 girls become extra cautious of their looks. And drastic weight loss can change your face shape pretty evidently. I have experienced weight loss and weight gain both. And my face gets affected first.

Edit:Checked some pics online. Yes she seems to have gotten a rhino done one her nose.
