Not rumored. He openly said to Akki that Tina was the only woman he loved from childhood or something along the line. But I don't buy it. They are BFFs even now. Do you think it would have been okay for both Akki or Tina to stay in touch with him if he had really loved her?

My initial guess was that SRK might be his unrequited love. But then KJo worships SRK, calls him bhai and loves Gauri to death! So not really likely. It might be someone we don't know of.

About KJo's sexuality, I think he's gay and he doesn't even bother to hide it these days, which is absolutely fine IMO.

KJo likes only good looking, powerful people, true. 😆 But with Kajol, it's different. They're childhood friends. And TBH Kajol and Karan had a true bond in this fickle industry. Though their relationship has also fizzled out.
