I don't think I have seen any Sanjay Gupta movie either but from whatever little I have come across , critics thinks he copies the plots of his movies from some or the other movie out there.

But it's a whole project that they would be banking on na and not just Ranveer. It has Deepika in it too. I just know I want Shahrukh and RCE to stay away from Padmavati man.

Depends on the audience , Chandini. Besides I'm not sure if Nahta and Taran are taken as serious critics. People look to them when it comes to giving BO figures.

Having SRK means 1. The budget would be less as they don't have to pay his fees. I heard they r paying Ranveer more than 20cr+
2. Return of the investment. even if the movie fails at BO overseas,satellite & others will make up for it.

I also don't want SrK anywhere near SLB's project. It took me 14 years to watch Devdas. Not sure if I can digest another SlB masterpiece -_-

Shahrukh will be filming Anand's movie after Imtiaz's movie man. Where the hell does he have time to film for Padmavati? I think we all are in the same boat , hhh when it comes to not wanting him anywhere near this project 😆.

BTW , I don't want to bring over the tweet but check out Anirudh Guha's twitter. You'll get a glimpse of what's happening with the Rustom and MD clash. The studio in it's press release basically has no qualms putting down MD...smh.
