Is Shah Rukh Khan no longer friends with Hrithik Roshan?

The latest grapevine suggests that the former best friends no longer share the same equation...

Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan used to be friends. We speak in past tense only because this doesn't hold true anymore. Well, they aren't enemies, but there is definitely no love lost between SRK and Duggu. The latest incident where Shah Rukh has asked Hrithik to avoid an inevitable clash between Raees and Kaabil has set industry tongues wagging about how their friendship has soured.

A source reveals, "SRK and Hrithik hardly talk or meet socially. They have fallen apart and now the spat is becoming public. But Shah Rukh is still very fond of his dad Rakesh Roshan with whom he's worked in Karan Arjun and Koyla. Now that their films are clashing things are only looking downhill."

It seems that whatever talk is happening surrounding the Raees and Kaabil clash is between SRK and Hrithik's dad Rakesh Roshan. There is no clear dialogue betweenShah Rukh and Hrithik as of now.

Sources indicate that a clash between Raees and Kaabil is inevitable as of now as filmmaker Sanjay Gupta is adamant that he won't shift the film even by a day. "As of now its a stalemate situation as neither SRK nor Hrithik are planning to compromise."

Roshan told Bombay Times "My film will release on Republic Day weekend as planned. I don't know about them. Farhan (Akhtar) is not in town. So maybe after he returns, we'll know"

Talking about Shah Rukh's visit, Roshan Sr said "We were just sitting and chatting like old times. It was good to catch up as we have done many films together - I gave Shah Rukh a break in King Uncle, then Koylaa and Karan Arjun"
