ArSh/KaSh FF -Forever-

This is my first ever post! So let's start from the beginning! I've been inactive on IF since a long time! I used to be active back when I read a lot of FF's (mostly on KaSh/ArSh/AR) but then I started reading books! I've always wanted to write on KaSh/ArSh but I never did! So now I am back and have decided that I'll finally try doing so. Hope you will like it 😊

Just want to mention that I have no expectations from anyone. I am writing because I feel like it, thus I am not writing on the basis of how much response I'll have. I'll be contented with whatever I get!

I have a few ideas but I want my first story to be about childhood sweethearts because it's my favorite theme ever! 😛

Forever

part 1 -First Meeting-

It's been a while now that Armaan has been looking outside of the window. There are new neighbours coming in today and his 8 year old self is excited to know if there will be a kid close to his age moving in the house next door.

Soon a moving truck comes into view and Armaan leans forward on the sofa to peek out of the window.

He kept looking around when finally his gaze landed on the little girl about his age that came out of the truck. Armaan is instantly mesmerized. He decided to go introduce himself. He got up and ran outside. The girl turned around as soon as she heard his movements. She looked at him and gave him a smile. Armaan started grinning.

Armaan: Hi! My name is Armaan.

Shilpa looked at Armaan timidly and replied: Hi.. I am Shilpa.

Armaan: How old are you?

Shilpa: 7 years old and you?

Armaan: I am 8 said armaan proudly.

Armaan: Wanna play?

Shilpa: Okay! said shilpa with a grin.

This is how they met and became really good friends.

Sorry guys I know it's short but I'll come up with more soon and I know it's pretty clichd but bear with me! It's my first time writing so I am trying my best!

Part 2 -Teens-

As they grew their friendship grew also. Shilpa and Armaan were inseparable. There parents became really close too. Now that Armaan and Shilpa are teenagers things have changed. Shilpa is turning in a beautiful young woman and Armaan in a handsome young man.

"Armaaan! stop it!" Shilpa giggled and wiggled in her bed as Armaan was above her tickling her non stop! "Not until you say sorry" "Never!" "Then I won't stop!"

Armaan continued his assault on shilpa. "There's something on your face!"

Armaan stopped and touched his face. "Where???" Shilpa succeeded in distracting Armaan and flipped on top of him. "Hahaha! Gotcha!" She showed her tongue at Armaan as she sat on his stomach with her legs straddling him. He instantly pulled her arm and suddenly she was laying on top of him and their faces were merely inches apart. They kept staring at each other. Since Armaan turned 14 and Shilpa 13 they realized that things are different now. They are not kids anymore. Armaan cleared his throat and finally breaks the eye contact by looking everywhere except in Shilpa's eyes. Shilpa looked down and swept a few strands behind her ear. She finally rolled over the bed and laid down besides Armaan. They both stared at the ceiling in silence. "Armaan?" hmmm.. Armaan turned his head and faced shilpa who did the same. "Promise me that you will always be here for me." "I promise." "Forever?" He smiled and replied "Forever."

They fell asleep on Shilpa's bed together. A few hours later, Shilpa's mom Padma open the door to the room to call them down for dinner but stood still when she saw them fast asleep in each others embrace. A few seconds later, Armaan's mom Ananya joined Padma. "Don't they look adorable together" said Ananya with a smile on her face." "They do" said Padma "but they are getting old now. I think we will have to discuss a few things with them." "Yeah you're right, but let them be kids for one more night." Padma smiled and nodded at Ananya. They both went back downstairs to prepare the food.

Sorry! I know it's short again but I still prefer giving you something to read instead of taking more time to make it longer! I'll try writing the next part as soon as possible! Hope you liked it :)

Part 3 -Feelings-

Armaan woke up and found himself tangled up with Shilpa. Her leg was over his and her arm around his midsection. He was staring right into her beautiful face and when he realized their position he turned red and instantly jumped away. His action woke up Shilpa. "Armaan?" said Shilpa groggily. She rubbed her eyes and yawned while sitting up on the bed. She finally opened her eyes and looked at armaan standing besides the bed with a dazed look. "Kya hua armaan?" "Me..? Nothing..euh I.." Armaan struggled to find the right words. "Dinner! I think dinner is ready! said Armaan a bit too enthusiastically and then gave his signature silly grin. " Ok..let's go then" said Shilpa while looking at Armaan Suspiciously. After eating the food made by Padma, Armaan left with Ananya. Later that night Armaan was laying down in his bed thinking about Shilpa. He peeked out of his window and saw shilpa inside her room. There rooms were right in front of each other so they could see each other through their respective windows. "Shilpa" whisper yelled armaan. "Kya hua?" replied Shilpa. "Kuch nahin, just wanted to wish you good night" said armaan with a smile. Shilpa shook her head with a smile at armaan's silliness. "Good night! See you tomorrow!"

The next morning, Armaan woke up and got ready for school. Shilpa and Armaan walked to school together. Armaan plays for the basketball team at his high school and he's the captain. His talent and his good looks garnered him popularity at his school. He is especially popular among the girls. On the other side, Shilpa is more of a shy girl that keeps to herself. Despite that fact, she is recognized by many people because of Armaan. Everyone at school know that Shilpa and Armaan are best friends. "See you at lunch" said Armaan to Shilpa. "Yeah, see you!" Finally after their class was finished, they met each other and went to the cafeteria to eat lunch. "Hey Armaan! Come sit with us dude" said one of his teammate. "Nah, I already have a place."
"You can sit with them if you want to" said Shilpa. "Ofcourse not! I only want to sit with you Shilpa." Sometimes Shilpa felt that she was coming between Armaan and his friends but Armaan never let her feel this way. Maybe she was being selfish but she admitted that she wanted Armaan to herself only. She hates to see the girls at school trying to flirt with him. It made her angry but then she remembered that Armaan was her best friend and not theirs. It also helped knowing that Armaan never even payed attention to any of them. After lunch, they went back to their classes. Finally school was over for the day and Armaan and Shilpa were going back home. "Bye armaan" said Maya. She was one of his classmate and her crush on Armaan was pretty obvious. "Bye! See yeah!" said Armaan. Shilpa hated Maya. Maya was the school's queen Bee and always tried getting close to Armaan. Shilpa glared at Maya and Maya returned the stare. "Why do you even talk to her! I can't stand her" said Shilpa walking angrily. "She's just a friend." "Whatever!" replied Shilpa. "Waise..what's your problem? Tum kyun itna gussa hori ho han? asked Armaan with a teasing smile. "Me! I don't have a problem! I just don't like her. That's it. That's all." said Shilpa indifferently. "Can we talk about something else now" said Shilpa impatiently. "Sure!" replied Armaan with a smirk. "So how was class? asked Armaan. "It was fine. We learned a lot of new things and it was quite interesting" replied Shilpa. They kept talking until they reached their house. "Bye Armaan!" "Bye Shilpa!" They both went their respective ways.

Armaan and Shilpa kept their friendship alive through their early teen years and are still going strong now that they have grown. Armaan has turned 17 and Shilpa 16.
