Nice review raman was contradictory in one scene he was worried sick for a stranger n her family n for his family he was again stone hearted. Positivity in the episode amma still loves Raman n toshiji still loves ishita so her truth of being alive will actually be a good news. There is more to that doctor knowing raman as well as shagun he might tell ishita about her being brought to hospital by raman n how come he knew shagun n somehow the way he was addressing shagun he knew she is not married to raman
