Coming to Nandini becoming a doctor - They have already shown the possible reason for Nandini becoming a doctor. She saw how she was able to ease her mother's pain by removing that bullet.Why only in a REEL life even in REAL life many chose Medicine because of the satisfaction which they get while trying to ease someone's pain and sufferings.One doesn't need to have a doctor in the family to inspire them to take up medicine.Anandi's work was not just confined to educating girl child or stopping marriages but she everything she did was towards empowerment of women. Be it through Bhaili which was focused on helping women become financially independent and then finally through SN she focused on not just educating girl child but also making them empowered by teaching them the art self defence and in almost eight years there have been enough no of tracks to show how she worked towards helping women stand up for themselves be it Phooli Asha Sanchi Suhasini and so many others. She didn't just fight for them but more importantly she helped them fight their own battles.Anandi would have done the same things even if she had become a doctor.Only thing is instead of opening schools and educational institutions she would have done all that she can through her profession towards empowering wpmen.What Anandi did through her NGOs and schools Nandini may want to do through her hospitals.Personally speaking I would have liked it if she became a lawyer instead of doctor.

Why is it being assumed that Nandini wants to carry forward her mother's legacy and continue with her mission 😕 She has logical reasons to become doctor as per last week's episodes and whatever work she wants to do in the field she has chosen for herself, she will be doing it in her mother's memories..
It was also clear that the two kids won't be raised by BH people otherwise CVs wouldn't have been able to bump off BH characters abruptly post leap. But the twists brought on for that are completely illogical.
