As Mirror had reported earlier (March 18), Shah Rukh Khan plays a turbaned Sikh tourist in the yet-to-be-titled comedy. His interactions with the locals and his adventurous return to his home country forms the crux of this laugh riot. The film will be shot in London and parts of Punjab. SRK is a lallu when comes to picking good scripts. The only saving grace is his fans.

The project hasn't even been officially announced yet some seem to already know what the script is...lol. How the portrayal of Sikh would be "comical". Just because it's supposed to be a comedy doesn't mean the character can't have layers to him. Saif played a Sikh in LAJ and it was a beautifully written character. Anurag Kashyap's BV didn't work at the BO, doesn't mean he's a crappy director. Same goes for Imtiaz. Edited by srkjuhi - 8 years ago

CRINGE! CRINGE! CRINGE! This sounds so juvenile and 90s. A very lame plot in today's times of internet and the likes. Looks like they are combining Chennai Express and all sorts of lame Govinda films from the 90s along with Imtiaz's obsession to shoot abroad with people on a road trip.

And this seems to be SRK's version of blockbuster reserved for us for 2018. 🤢Just when I was getting happy with Fan, Raees and Rai's film he gives this juvenile film which should have probably made 20 years ago. 

Actors in a Imtiaz Ali have to elevate their performance to get noticed- Ranbir in Rockstar, DP in Tamasha.

Anu mein yeh baat nahin, but waits for her fanatics to turn into Imtiaz converts post movie and praise her mediocre performance as always, without fail.

Anushka gave one of the finest performances by a female actor last year in NH10 so to assume she ain't capable of giving a fine performance in a Imtiaz Ali movie is amusing to say the least. As for actors elevating their performance in an Imtiaz Ali movie, give some credit to the director as well who is able to get those performances out of them. Whether it be Ranbir in Rockstar, Alia in Highway or Kareena in JWM, I think all have talked about how instrumental Imtiaz was when it comes to their performances in those films.
